Your village is here.\n\nTopics include (but are not limited to): managing mom guilt\, building confidence\, creating a support system\, self-care\, and stress management.\n\nThis virtual support group is open to new moms with babies up to one year old residing in the following New Jersey counties: Bergen\, Essex\, Hudson\, Morris\, Passaic\, Sussex\, Union\, and Warren. This group is online and free of charge.\n\nOnce you register\, you will receive a reminder call or text from the support group facilitator 24 hours before the group as a reminder.
