With a passion for building inclusive communities\, Allyson runs a weekly in-person Postpartum Support Circle in Maplewood\, NJ. \n Carmen Baker-Clark\, BA\, IBCLC\, RLC\, CarePoint Health\, Hoboken University Medical Center \nCarmen is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and the Manager of CarePoint Health\, Hoboken University Medical Center’s Lactation Program. She has been helping moms breastfeed their babies since 1998\, first as a La Leche League Leader and working in private practice doing home visits as an IBCLC since 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Art and Archaeology. \n Mackieba Reyes\, IBCLC\, LPN\, University Hospital \nMackieba is a lactation consultant at University Hospital in Newark\, NJ. She has extensive experience providing breastfeeding services in both the community and inpatient hospital settings. She helped to achieve the USDA Loving Support of Breastfeeding Excellence Awards at two WIC agencies and assisted University Hospital in becoming the first Baby Friendly Hospital in Essex County\, as well as achieving redesignation in 2023.
