Caring for your emotional well-being is as important as taking care of your physical needs.

We offer free emotional support programs during pregnancy and new motherhood, including phone support, virtual support groups, community education programs, and the referrals & resources you need to care for your mental health.

We collaborate with member hospitals, health centers, mental health clinicians, and community-based organizations in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union, and Warren Counties to provide these free services.
