INFORMATIONAL WORKSHOP VIA ZOOM- HEALTH-REALTED DONATIONS AWARENESS PRESENTATION

August is National Minority Donor Awareness Month. Health-related donations, such as organ, eye, and tissue donations can often be confusing for both the person donating and the person receiving. The Unity Family Success Center will be hosting an online informational session going over the major types of organ donations, how they work, how to sign up for them, who should sign up for them, their long-term implications, etc. Medical donations should not be done solely for economic benefit.
