VIRTUAL CONFERENCE
This virtual conference is intended to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the multifaceted challenges surrounding expecting individuals navigating substance use disorder. As a collective, we will examine attachment styles and childhood experiences to explore the possible correlation between them and the use of substances as maladaptive coping mechanisms. We hope to motivate community stakeholders and service providers to amplify their curious empathy while providing practical tools and strategies to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in that community.
