Vaccines have saved an estimated 150 million lives over the past 50 years; however, parents today are exposed to conflicting messages on the efficacy, safety, and purpose of pediatric vaccination. Please join us for a talk on the core pediatric vaccines, including a brief overview of vaccine mechanisms, a discussion of vaccine-preventable illnesses, and how to recognize vaccine-related adverse events.
