About FELLAS®
Father-to-Father Bonding and Building
The best role model for a father is a father. FELLAS® is a place for dads to share experiences and learn from their peers.
Enhancing Fatherhood
Every FELLAS® participant is paired with a Fatherhood Program Specialist who provides one-to-one support and practical resources to help dads succeed.
Fathers At Work
Economic stability reduces family stress. FELLAS® offers resume building and other job resources to promote steady employment and career advancement.
Elevating Fatherhood
Fatherhood is more than providing for a child. Through goal planning, FELLAS® learn life skills to foster good communication and strong relationships with their children, significant others, and/or co-parent.
This free program is for fathers of children ages 0 – 24 years and reside in Essex, Hudson, or Passaic counties in New Jersey. Click the button below to join the FELLAS program or make a referral.
