ANNUAL SALARY: $70,000 – $75,000
JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-savvy HR Recruiter and Trainer to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in building and developing exceptional talent. This dual-role position combines the strategic elements of talent acquisition with the creativity of learning and development. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and craft training experiences that elevate employee performance and engagement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Recruitment (50%)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings, screen resumes and coordinate hiring processes.
- Participate in recruitment events, including virtual career fairs, student career fairs, and agency interviewing events.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Training & Development (50%)
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new hires.
- Develop/facilitate training sessions on topics such as compliance, leadership, communication, etc.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Handle other assignments as requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and employee training.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and training methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or training (e.g., CPTD) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
