August is National Immunization Awareness Month, and we are preparing our motors to host a series of informative events highlighting the importance of vaccinations for children and adolescents.

Vaccines are the most effective way to protect against a disease. They stimulate the immune system to recognize and fight viruses or bacteria and help reduce the spread of disease.

August 7: Improving Immunization Rates Among Children & Adolescents Webinar
1 PM – 2 PM, via Zoom
Aimed at professionals, this webinar will cover childhood immunization and disease rates, vaccine hesitancy, and recommendations. It will also provide information about New Jersey’s Immunization Information System and the Docket app. Register here
