NEW JERSEY IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION SYSTEM

The New Jersey Immunization Information System (NJIIS) is the official state immunization registry. The registry collects immunization data to assist the healthcare community to improve the health of New Jersey residents by reducing vaccine-preventable illnesses.
