The Partnership’s Center for Clinical Impact is now accepting abstract submissions for poster presentations at the 2027 Maternal Health and Perinatal Safety Symposium. We invite submissions that showcase innovative practices, quality improvement initiatives, research, education, and patient safety efforts that promote safe, respectful births and improve outcomes for mothers, babies, and families.
“This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals, quality improvement teams, researchers, educators, and students to share research, practices, and programs that advance maternal health and perinatal safety outcomes,” said Sarah Muller-Robbins, Chief Education and Learning Officer.
Submitting Your Abstract for the Maternal Health and Perinatal Safety Symposium
Submissions are open now until October 15, and selected presenters will be notified by mid-December. Presenters will share their groundbreaking work with colleagues from across the maternal-child health community during a Poster Session at the annual Maternal Health and Perinatal Safety Symposium on Thursday, March 11, 2027, at Montclair State University.
“I’m excited to convene ideas from multidisciplinary backgrounds. From clinicians to organizations to students, learning from one another and being exposed to innovations that we might not have seen within our own organizations is integral to making significant maternal-child health improvements,” Muller-Robbins said.
All abstract submissions should align with maternal-child health and perinatal quality and safety. Eligible topics include, but are not limited to:
