“Toxic: A Black Woman’s Story” Screening in Elizabeth

Join this free community event on Thursday, April 3 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for a short film screening and discussion.
“Toxic: A Black Woman’s Story” is a powerful short film by First Year Cleveland that highlights the dire impact of the Black Maternal Health Crisis and systemic racism on Black families. Following the film, we will lead a community discussion featuring health experts about birthing in New Jersey and advocating for maternal health equity. Registration is appreciated but not required.
