Live Webinar – Improving Immunization Rates Among Children and Adolescents

In honor of National Immunization Awareness Month, this professional education webinar will provide an overview of childhood immunization and disease rates. There will also be a discussion of vaccine hesitancy and strong vaccine recommendations. In addition, the New Jersey Immunization Information System will provide information about the system and the Docket app, explain the enrollment process for providers, and discuss troubleshooting for commonly identified issues.

Target Audience: Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Continuing Nursing Education Contact Hours: The program has been awarded 1.0 contact hours. The Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Learning Outcomes: After attending the program, 85% of learners will report intent to incorporate information presented into their professional practice.

Successful Completion: To receive contact hours for this continuing education program, the registrant must login to the program, attend the entire presentation, and complete and submit an online evaluation. Certificates of completion will be distributed electronically within two weeks of the event.
