Every lactation journey is unique and often brings unexpected challenges, particularly in the early days and months. Compassionate and knowledgeable support can make a lasting difference for lactating parents and their families. This conference is designed to empower lactation consultants, breastfeeding counselors, perinatal nurses, home-visiting nurses, doulas, and other perinatal professionals with current research, practical tools, and essential resources. Participants will gain the skills and confidence to provide empathetic, effective care and long-term support throughout the lactation experience.

Lactating parents and families often encounter unexpected barriers during the first days, weeks, and months of lactation; knowledgeable and compassionate support providers play an essential role in overcoming these challenges. This conference will provide lactation consultants, breastfeeding counselors, Mother Baby nurses, nurse home visitors, doulas, and other professionals with knowledge and resources to best support families during their lactation journey.
