Yoga for Mothers with Instructor María Rojas Botero

There will be raffles for gift cards, and diapers will be provided only to in-person attendees (sizes newborn to 5). Babies are welcome, but childcare will not be provided.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
- Expectant mothers who want low-impact movement and a deeper connection with their bodies.
- Moms who want to relax and recharge. Fathers are also welcome.
- First-time mothers interested in gentle postnatal movement.
